These chairs are great!! [...] The chairs seem to be good quality and sturdy. They can be wiped clean w/ a damp cloth. I updated my antique dining room set and these chairs are a great addition. They were easy to put together and we assembled all 4 in about 30-45 minutes. They are comfortable to sit in, but the seat cushions are very springy and they do make a squeaking sound when you sit in them. I'm hoping that will go away as they are worn in. I shopped on line at SEVERAL sites and made many trips to local furniture stores looking for the best deal. I was very hesitant as I do not order a lot on line, but am very pleased with this transaction. This price was by far better than competitors and the quality is great.

I bought 3 pairs of chairs after reading great reviews but actually i am a little bit disappointed about them. 2 of the 6 chairs have uneven legs so right now i don't know rather to return or fix them myself(which option is more effective?). It also was hard for me to assemble them, some of the screws did not fit right and it was a pain to figure it out. The good thing is they are comfortable and lightweight.

      I ordered 6 chairs - 4 were fine, but 2 were not. One had a tear in the faux leather, and both had poorly drilled screw holes.

              I ordered four chairs for my kitchen table and am very pleased with them. They were very easy to assemble and are very durable. I did have an issue with one chair and was a little nervous on how the problem would be resolved. I was amazed by the wonderful customer service provided by Hayneedle. My problem was resolved without any hesitation. It is hard to find customer service like this!! I will definitely be a continued customer :)
