Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
