The Palazo dining table & chairs are great - I was definitely surprised when I finally got both the table and chairs. [...]Suggestion: buy a screwdriver/drill with the allen key wrench attachment otherwise it will take you a little bit to tighten all the bolts down by hand; easy to put together. The table is nice and sturdy - chairs alone are worth the price of the set given they sell the same stuff in the store for $100-150 dollars on average. Only thing I wish was a little better was the marble veneer finish--they did a good job don't get me wrong but the block design they show you in the picture compared to what you get is a little "blurry" so if they cleaned that up a bit then it would be even better. Other than that--great purchase; if your on a budget/mid range shopper like me this set this is not bad at all.

Lots of Minor Defects and Damage!!! The table top had minor damage in several areas. There are many small dents in the wood, the padding on the seats is inconsistent, and the paint chips very easily. The chairs were VERY difficult assemble. Overall, no major issues; however, the quaility is unacceptable. If this was not an internet purchase, I would have returned it to the store...without a doubt!!!

Service and delivery comments:

The delivery service was perfect...no problems. It was obvious that the minor damage did not happen in the shipping process.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Though it doesn't feel like marble but after a day or two, it really grew on us. Very nice overall, [...] The chairs do not set evenly on the floor and this was the same for all four but when you sit down it's even so also 'no biggie.' I was glad that the complete set arrived; was worried there would be missing parts but it was all there.Looks great! Chairs are comfy.
