The Trellis Round Dining Table features gently curved metal legs finished in an aged patina, complete with metal stretchers. The tabletop is constructed of lattice-style inset wood with birch veneer-framed edging, plus poplar solids and other wood composition elements. An inset etched-metal panel adds texture and detail. The wood is finished in a delicate Ashton Pecan color. This table measures 50 diam. x 30H inches; some assembly is required.
Also included in this set are two Trellis Metal Side Chairs. Each chair is constructed of a metal lattice-style frame back, plus metal legs and accents. The seat is upholstered in neutral taupe-colored polyester fabric. Base levelers in the legs let you adjust the chairs perfectly, even on uneven flooring. Each chair measures 21.25W x 24D x 37.5H inches with a seat height of 19 inches. Some assembly of the chairs is required.
Notes on construction
All Riverside domestic furniture is constructed of fine wood harvested from American forests, including oak, ash, poplar, and pine. These wood types are durable and feature beautiful, open grains that make them much preferred amongst furniture manufacturers. Each piece of wood is first graded for quality at the Riverside lumber plant, then kiln-dried to remove excess moisture and prevent splitting. The wood is then sent to one of Riverside's three manufacturing plants, all located in Fort Smith, Ark. At that point, it is constructed into a high-quality furniture piece using a combination of hardwood solids and hand-selected veneers. Techniques used on Riverside pieces include dovetail joinery, heavy-duty drawer roller guides, and multi-step finish applications that include hand-sanding and polishing for a deep, lustrous result. All Riverside furniture is given this high-quality treatment to ensure the beauty and durability of your final product.
