Comments about Hillsdale Northern Heights Counter Height Dining Set:
We wanted a counter-height table that was attractive and would seat up to eight people comfortably. We looked as several local furniture stores and none (yes, NONE) of the designs met our criteria. We spent a half-hour searching online and came across this table. It looked perfect, and the dual-colors were an added bonus! We plan to use the table for all our meals and casual entertaining, while maintaining a formal dining room setting for other purposes.
Service and delivery comments:
There was damage to the table when it was first delivered, but Hayneedle reps were very accommodating and helped to get a new table ordered. It is solidly built (at 180 pounds) and we are so far very very happy with it.

The table is heavy! [...] I would not have been able to put everything together by myself. Fortunately, my husband is handy like that. The set is very pretty and sturdy and I have gotten a lot of compliments. There was one dent on one of the legs.
