This table with pedestal arrived in one week.
The pedestal has a gigantic crack from one end
to the other end. When I called to report this and have it adjusted, I asked for the replacement to be expedited--perhaps an overnight or 2-day delivery. Instead it is taking ONE week again to receive the pedestal and I wanted it for use this weekend for Mother's Day. Both Customer Service and quality control dropped the ball on this one. I would not recommend Hayneedle or use you again.

I am considering purchasing this table. I love the Butterfly leaf feature. I have seen the Cherry/Black version in the store -- it could never be described as 'brown', it definitely has a reddish tone.

We really like this table set. We bought a light oak/nutmeg combination and it looks beauriful both in its round every-day use and in the extended oval.

The table top is brown not Cherry. Even the picture looks brown.
