The Samson Round Drop Leaf Table puts a modern spin on cafe styled dining. This drop leaf table is crafted of kiln-dried solid cherry wood with veneer and available in a variety of finish options. It includes a catalyzed lacquer finish that provides strong protection against spills. This cafe style drop leaf table includes adjustable levelers, pedestal style base, and brushed metal tipped feet. This table features two sash top locks mounted underneath that keep it securely closed when the extension leaf is not in use. It seats two people if the leaves are down and four people comfortably with the leaves extended. Fully extended this table is 42 inches in diameter and 30 inches high. With the leaves dropped, the table is 25.75 inches wide.

The Unique 16-step Finishing Process
1. Case clean - hand-sanding of item.
2. Stain - spray on non-grain-raising stain for foundation.
3. Seal - spray on clear lacquer.
4. Sealer sanding - hand-sand with very fine grit sand paper.
5. Distressing - for finishes requiring distressed look, hand applied physical nicks, worm holes and worn edges.
6. Glaze - spray on dark tone.
7. Wipe - hand-wiping wet glaze off, leaving residue in pores.
8. Highlight - glazing that creates light and dark areas to accent grain.
9. First top-coat - spray on clear coat of lacquer.
10. Hand-sand.
11. Dry brush - applying thick glaze to edges to provide antique, mellow aged appearance.
12. Spatter - dark material applied with gun for spattered look.
13. Second top-coat - spray on clear coat of lacquer for more depth and protection.
14. Hand-sand.
15. Rub - hand-rubbing with very fine steel wood and oil for extra smoothness.
16. Polish - hand-applied polish and buffing for final gloss finish.
